What does this section say?
The Legislature shall provide for retirement, with reasonable allowance, of judges of courts of record for age or disability. (Sec. 20 added Nov. 8, 1966, by Prop. 1-a. Res.Ch. 139, 1966 1st Ex. Sess.)
