What does this section say?
On or before December 31 of each year, the Director of Fish and Game shall prepare and submit a report to the Legislature regarding the implementation of this article including an accounting of all funds. (Sec. 10 added Nov. 6, 1990, by Prop. 132. Initiative measure.)
