What does this section say?
The annual calculation of the appropriations limit under this article for each entity of local government shall be reviewed as part of an annual financial audit. (Sec. 1.5 added June 5, 1990, by Prop. 111. Res.Ch. 66, 1989. Effective July 1, 1990.)
