What does this section say?
Court records and documents. All records, documents, books, papers, moneys and vouchers belonging and pertaining to the several Territorial courts, and offices and to the several districts and county offices, at the date of the admission of this State into the Union, shall be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed by law.
