What does this section say?
Co-ordination of private, denominational and other institutions of higher learning. Private, denominational, and other institutions of higher learning may become co-ordinated with the State System of Higher Education under regulations set forth by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Added by State Question No. 300, Referendum Petition No. 82, adopted at election held on March 11, 1941.
