What does this section say?
Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. All institutions of higher education supported wholly or in part by direct legislative appropriations shall be integral parts of a unified system to be known as "The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education." Added by State Question No. 300, Referendum Petition No. 82, adopted at election held on March 11, 1941.
