What does this section say?
The house of representatives shall consist of members chosen every four years by the qualified electors of the several counties and representative districts. SOURCES: 1869 art IV §2. NOTE: Laws of 1962, ch. 18, 1 st Extraordinary Session, which proposed to amend this section of the Constitution, was not approved by the electorate.
