What does this section say?
Slavery and involuntary servitude prohibited. Neither Slavery nor involuntary servitude shall ever be tolerated in this State. (Amended in 2024. Proposed and passed by the 2021 Legislature; agreed to and passed by the 2023 Legislature; and approved and ratified by the voters at the 2024 General Election. See: Statutes of Nevada 2021, p. 4008 ; Statutes of Nevada 2023, p. 3720 .)
