What does this section say?
Duties of lieutenant governor. The lieutenant governor shall have the duties provided by law and those duties of the governor assigned to the lieutenant governor by the governor. Repealed and rewritten by Amendment 42 (1988) 1988 repeal and rewrite was effective beginning with the second Monday in January 1991
