Section 154 Laws as to sale or gift of liquor on election days. The General Assembly shall prescribe such laws as may be necessary for the restriction or prohibition of the sale or gift of spirituous, vinous or malt liquors on election days. Text as Ratified on: August 3, 1891, and revised September 28, 1891. History: Not yet amended.
