Section 40 Journals -- When vote to be entered. Each House of the General Assembly shall keep and publish daily a journal of its proceedings; and the yeas and nays of the members on any question shall, at the desire of any two of the members elected, be entered on the journal. Text as Ratified on: August 3, 1891 and revised September 28, 1891. History: Not yet amended.
