What does this section say?
(A) Full Term. Members of the legislature shall take office on the same day as the governor and other officials elected statewide. (B) Filling Vacancy. A person elected to fill the remainder of an unexpired legislative term shall take office within thirty days after the secretary of state promulgates the election returns.
