What does this section say?
Prohibition against denial or abridgment of equality of rights because of race and ethnicity. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania because of the race or ethnicity of the individual. (May 18, 2021, P.L.493, J.R.1) 2021 Amendment. Joint Resolution 1 added section 29.
