Los jueces del Tribunal Supremo podrán ser destituidos por las causas y mediante el procedimiento que esta Constitución establece en la sección 21 del Artículo III. Los jueces de los demás tribunales podrán ser destituidos por el Tribunal Supremo por las causas y mediante el procedimiento que se disponga por ley.
