What does this section say?
Compensation of Governor and Lieutenant Governor. The Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall receive for their services compensation, which shall be neither increased nor diminished during the period for which they shall have been elected. (1972 (57) 3171; 1973 (58) 48.)
