What does this section say?
Protection and defense of school lands. The Legislature shall provide by law for the protection of the school lands from trespass or unlawful appropriation, and for their defense against all unauthorized claims or efforts to divert them from the school fund. History: Repeal proposed by SL 1975, ch 4, rejected Nov. 2, 1976.
