No se conferirán títulos de nobleza ni otras dignidades hereditarias. Ningún funcionario o empleado del Estado Libre Asociado aceptará regalos, donativos, condecoraciones o cargos de ningún país o funcionario extranjero sin previa autorización de la Asamblea Legislativa.
