Los trabajadores de empresas, negocios y patronos privados y de agencias o instrumentalidades del gobierno que funcionen como empresa o negocios privados tendrán el derecho a organizarse y a negociar colectivamente con sus patronos por mediación de representantes de su propia y libre selección para promover su bienestar.
